Wholesale ordering terms

This website supports wholesale orders through customer accounts reviewed by Buddies Distribution. Keep your business contact, license/permit and address information accurate and protect your account credentials.

Products and orders

Review each product’s listed selling unit, pack details and quantity before ordering. Contact us if a product description or pack size needs clarification. Our team reviews submitted orders and confirms fulfillment arrangements.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery is available only in Oklahoma, with a $9.95 delivery charge and a $1,000 merchandise minimum after discounts, before delivery and any applicable tax. Delivery timing is confirmed by our team.

Pickup orders may be placed Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM and Saturday 9 AM–4 PM, Central Time. Pickup ordering is closed Sunday. Allow approximately 1–2 hours for preparation and wait for a ready confirmation; orders placed close to closing may be ready the next opening day. Pickup is at 108 NE 48th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73105.

Payment

Payment is due at pickup or delivery. No payment is collected by this online checkout, and submitting an order does not mark it paid.
