Wholesale accounts
Our products are sold wholesale to licensed retailers only. Account registration is subject to approval. We may request business documentation, including a valid tobacco license where applicable, before approving an account. Prices are visible to approved, logged-in customers only.
Age-restricted products
Many products we distribute, including tobacco, vapor, and nicotine products, are restricted by law. By purchasing these products you confirm that you are legally permitted to buy and resell them in your jurisdiction and that you will not sell them to anyone under the legal minimum age.
Pricing and availability
All prices are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to correct pricing errors.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of sale unless other terms have been approved in writing.
Shipping, pickup, and returns
Orders are fulfilled by delivery or warehouse pickup as arranged. Please inspect your order on receipt. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Tobacco and other regulated products may be non-returnable except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buddies Distribution is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the products sold. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the products at issue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
